We are very proud to be a partner for organization of World Congress of Retail Baking, which was organized on October 12-15.2002 at hotel "Dorint"in Wroclaw.
      
       The main organizers were International Bakery Association (Union International de la Boulangerie et de la Boulangerie-Patiserie) from Switzerland, CIPAN from Chile and RBA (The Retailer's Bakery Association) from USA and Stowarzyszenie Rzemieslnikow Piekarstwa Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.
        To Congress participated more than 200 representatives from over 20 countries.

13th  October, Sunday

- The coach transfer to the Branch of the National Museum and sight-seeing of famous "Panorama of the Battle of Raclawice", an impressive relic of 19th -century mass culture, one of only few examples of this genre preserved in Europe. The large painting (15 x 114m) "transfers" the viewers into an altogether different time, a reality of its own, by artfully combining painterly devices (special kind of perspective) and technical effects (lighting, artificial terrain, dark passage to the viewing platform). "Panorama" is one of the biggest tourist attractions of the Lower Silesian capital town.

14th October 2002, Monday

- Full-day coach excursion for accompany persons to Klodzko Valley. On the way visit of the Museum of the Paper Industry, which occupies a large paper mill dating from the beginning of the 17th century (in Duszniki Spa) and The Skull Chapel in Czermna. After the good lunch at restaurant in famous spa Kudowa, visit of the Baroque Basilica in Wambierzyce, called the "Silesian Jerusalem", on foot of the Table Mountains.
