Program IX
WARSZAWA - TORUN - PELPIN - GDANSK - FROMBORK - ELBLAG - SWIETA LIPKA - GIZYCKO - MIKOLAJKI - WARSZAWA
1st Day - Meeting at the Warsaw airport with our guide. Accommodation at hotel. Visit of the Old
Town and evening Holy Mass at St. John Cathedral Church. The dinner at the Old Town
Restaurant and overnight at hotel.
2nd Day - The coach trip to Gdansk.On the way visit of Torun (Copernicus House, St John's Church,
The Crocked Tower) and Pelpin with its Cistercian abbey, the pilgrimage place with
beautiful church and one of the biggest altars in Europe. The dinner and accommodation
in Gdansk.
3rd Day - The guided walking tour of the Old Town in Gdansk (Long Market Street, The Town Hall,
The Golden Gate, St. Mary's Church, The Artus Hall, The Neptune Fountain, Motlawa
River and ancient granaries). The coach trip to Oliwa Cathedral, originally part of the
monastery founded by the Danish Cistercian. The short organ concert. Visit of Sopot,
a popular beach resort and walking tour to the pier, the longest in the whole Baltic area.
The dinner and accommodation at hotel.
4th Day - The coach tour to Frombork and visit of Cathedral Hill with its Cathedral and Copernicus
Museum. Through Kadyny (former residence of German Emperor Wilhelm II) to Elblag.
The evening Holy Mass at Cathedral Church. The dinner and overnight at hotel.
5th Day - The journey to Gizycko. On the way visit of Baroque church in Swieta Lipka, an important
center of pilgrimage and Marian devotion. Dinner and accommodation at hotel in Gizycko.
6th Day - After the breakfast the ship cruise to Mikolajki (4 hours), and come back to Warsaw.
Accommodation and dinner at hotel.The Holy Mass on the way at the small village church.
7th Day - Depart from Warsaw Airport.
